This retreat is an affordable and accessible weekend hosted by Zest Health Inc. & GTF Outside to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Come back to where you belong, in nature, for three days of health, wellness, and connection. Our experienced, passionate, and professional leaders will guide you through a variety of nature-inspired yoga and meditations, a guided hike, hydrotherapy, and campfire connections with door prizes!
